Orwell sits in the southern part of Ashtabula County, and that geography changes the job in two specific ways. A lot of Orwell properties are single-story homes and outbuildings with long, uninterrupted rooflines — the profile where seamless has the biggest advantage, because a long run is where a sectional system stacks up the most joints.
